• This fence was removed sometime between 1985 and 1990 if I remember right  I also remember in the late 70’s that the state had people that were rumored to have been on welfare paint the entire fence by hand using brushes I’m thinking around 1978 the dates could be wrong I was pretty young at the time. I was among the last bunch of kids in the area who found ways to either go through the fence or climb over it before it was removed (webmaster’s personal memories)
